Payment Options
The following payment options are available.
Insurance
We accept Medicare and Medicaid as well as most private insurances within the State of Nevada.
As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance. This requires that we collect certain information and obtain a copy of your insurance cards. We will also need you to fill out and sign our information and insurance forms prior to any treatment or fitting. All patient information is kept strictly confidential.

Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your personal checks and cash are also welcome.
