How We Serve Our Patients

We use the following process in order to best serve your needs.

1. Evaluation and Planning

After receiving a prescription from your Physician, you will be evaluated by one of our Practitioners to assess your functional level, your goals and your individual needs. We strive to work with each patient to treat them with respect and integrity and to select the best devices and components to meet their goals and needs.

2. Fabrication

Whether your condition is one that can be treated in one or two appointments, or is a condition that will need more involved intervention, we are committed to providing you with the most appropriate device to meet your individual needs.

If you require a device that will need to be custom fabricated, we will discuss the entire process of making the Orthosis or Prosthesis and the components we might use. We fabricate most of the products at our facility to maintain a high level of quality control and to ensure that each product will be made specifically to the needs of each patient.

3. Fitting and Adjustments

During the fitting process our Practitioners will take the time to make sure that your device is comfortable and functional. We also believe that it is important to answer any questions that you may have about your Orthosis or Prosthesis. In our years of experience we have learned that the more informed a patient is and the more you understand about your device the more successful you will be at wearing it.

4. Follow Up Care

We realize that many patients will need to be seen for routine follow up care. This might only be for a few appointments or it might be a life long relationship. At OrthoPro, our concern for our patients continues long after you leave our office. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, and we also encourage patients to contact us with any problems or questions after their device has been fit.
